BookMyVan provides fast, secure, and insured courier services across the UK. We aim to collect parcels within 30–90 minutes of booking and deliver them as per the selected service type.
Parcel Requirements
- Items must be securely packaged
- Fragile or high-value goods should be declared during booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that are hazardous, illegal, or improperly packaged.
Delivery Types
- Same-Day Delivery: Direct delivery with no overnight stops.
- Urgent Delivery: Prioritized routing for time-sensitive items.
- Dedicated Delivery: Vehicle reserved solely for your parcel.
- Overnight Delivery: Timed delivery by the next morning.
Payment & Cancellations
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 30 minutes of booking may be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds for cancellations after dispatch.
Insurance & Liability
- All parcels are covered by standard courier insurance.
- Additional coverage may be available upon request.
- BookMyVan is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
